After submitting the form you are agreeing to use your information to book your appointment.
Cancelation are free of charge before appointment booked.
In case of cancelation after appointment booked, payment will not be refunded.

Appointment booking depends of price category the client chose.
Payment & Refunds
It's not mandatory payment in advanced. But customers who pay in advanced have priority over others.
Refunds will be made in the same payment method we've received it and can be processed in 10 business days.

When we book your appointment, we'll notify you by email and whatsapp (in case if you have registered).
Emergency appointment
Emergency appointment
In an emergency we can offer help, either by sending a Fiktionsbescheinigung (temporary residence permit) or by making an appointment as soon as possible. Once we have received the contact form, the responsible department will review your case and decide whether an emergency exists. An emergency must always be proven.
We can only help if you:
Urgently have to travel within the next four weeks and this can be proven by means of a booking.
Can prove, through a letter from your employer, that without a valid document there is a risk of job loss.
can prove, through a letter from your job centre or social welfare office, that without a valid document there is a threat of benefits being discontinued.
